Justin Williams is the Vice President Communications for the National Oceans Industries Associations (NOIA). Justin has extensive experience in multi-dimensional communications strategies, including leading media strategy and outreach and developing creative content.
Justin previously worked at International Development Services (IDS), an international trade consulting firm in Washington, D.C. Justin also worked for the Fluor Government Group (FGG) as part of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) with the U.S. Department of Defense.
Justin holds a Master’s in Public Policy from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
