Deposit Information: The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will not be charged in advance. Cancellation Information: Reservations must be canceled more than 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date to avoid a charge of one night’s room & tax. In addition, a $50.00 processing fee will be assessed, by PCS, for all reservations cancelled on or after December 21, 2019.

It has come to our attention that unauthorized housing companies have been contacting Offshore Wind Executive Summit exhibitors and attendees via email and phone and in general, misrepresenting themselves as an official housing vendor.
The only official housing company for Offshore Wind Executive Summit is Preferred Convention Services. All other companies do not have any affiliation with Offshore Wind Executive Summit. We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, Offshore Wind Executive Summit management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.
